We’ve established the following General Campground Guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
These guidelines are items which pertain specifically for our guests renting RV/Tent Campsites.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In time is 12 noon (CST) and Check-Out time is 11 am (CST). If you intend on arriving before 12 noon (CST), please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we can’t guarantee its availability until 12 noon (CST).
Deposit:
One night rate is taken when the reservation is booked.
Deposit – Holidays:
Entire reservation amount must be paid when reservation is booked.
Extra Person Fee
The campsite rates include TWO (2) persons. Additional persons will be charged for overnight stays if they are staying the night, or charged for day use if they are visiting during the daytime hours. Maximum occupancy rules apply for both additional overnight guests as well as day use guests and this limit is determined by your site type.
Cancellations – Campsites:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel TWO (2) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than TWO (2) days before your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations – Holidays & Monthly Reservations:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday and monthly deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Cancellations – NO SHOWS:
Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Reservation Changes:
Date changes may only be made (1) time with a $10 charge. After (1) time the reservation will be canceled and entire deposit forfeited.
Pets:
Pets are welcome in RV sites and in designated pet-friendly cabins, but must be kept on leashes (max. of 6 ft in length) or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. There is a limit of three pets per campsite or two per cabin. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are prohibited in tent area.
Pets are not allowed in any Milton/Gulf Pines KOA buildings. They cannot be left outside. Pets not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool, hot tub or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. No aggressive dogs are permitted. We do not allow outside pens or kennels.
Ground Disposal
Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer Connections
Sewer Connections are required by State Law and must have a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.
The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs.
