Refunds: We do not give refunds for early departures. At check-in, we honored the period of time you requested for your campsite or lodging unit. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Milton/Gulf Pines KOA as long as they register at the main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at the time of Check-In. All your visitors must register, pay day-use fees, if applicable, and leave the campground by 10 pm.

The number of visitors allowed at your site is dependent on your site type and the maximum occupancy allowed for that site. For example, if you are registered in a cabin that sleeps 4 people and you have two people staying the night, the maximum number of visitors you can have is 2. Likewise, all campsites have a maximum occupancy of 6 people, so if 3 are staying overnight you can have a maximum of 3 visitors.

Recreational Vehicles: No battery-operated vehicles nor motor-driven cycles, bikes or scooters are to be driven in the park. You may not bring your own personal golf cart to the park.

Extra Trailers, other than your travel trailers (ie, for jet skis, motorcycles, boats, etc), cannot be parked on the campsites or at the lodging units. We have a secured storage unit available for a small fee.

Vehicle Repairs (including oil change, etc.) of vehicles and RV’s are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

Violation of these Guidelines is grounds for ejection from the park WITHOUT refund.

Forms of Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash, or money orders. Sorry, no checks.

Messages: If you are expecting messages, please check at the main office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.

Mail Service is available for our guests. Please check with our main office for more details.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs.
