Looking for a unique space for your next event? Gulf Pines KOA is in a country setting but convenient to Milton, Navarre, and Pensacola. Located in Santa Rosa County, we have a Clubhouse, cabins and amenities that create a relaxing and fun atmosphere for your guests. Our manager and staff are here to make your next event hassle-free.
You don’t need to be an overnight guest to host an event here. Event services are open to the public. However, we have 119 RV Sites (all pull-through), 12 Cabins (6 rustic and 6 Deluxe), and tent sites to accommodate groups for overnight stays.

Event guests have access to all our park amenities which include a heated pool (being renovated for 2024), WiFi, dog park, cornhole, basketball, putt-putt, playground, game room and more!
Our Clubhouse has tables and chairs to seat 40 people. There is a new 71” TV and karaoke equipment (Note: KOA staff member will need to run karaoke.) We have a full kitchen, but you’ll need to provide plates, utensils, napkins, etc.

Guests arrive at our recently remodeled entrance, adorned with beautiful white marble. The entrance and our nature trail are prime spots for taking photos. The gazebo can be used for your ceremony and Clubhouse for a reception.
We welcome rallies! We host RV Rallies and a Motorcycle group each year. RVers love our spacious sites (most are 60-80 feet) and park amenities. If you don’t have an RV, stay in a cabin.
Group Rate
If you do not book a group, Clubhouse is $150 for 4 hours. $25 non-refundable deposit to book the space, plus a $75 refundable cleaning deposit.
Note: Use of the Clubhouse needs to be reserved in advance.
